Prepare yourself to enter and excel in the wine and restaurant workforce with a Wine Professional Certificate!  

This program provides an overview of the wine industry, including production, tasting, food pairing, and responsible and professional service. In addition,.the elements of wine sales and service are covered.

Wine Professional Level II, Certificate of Achievement

This is an advanced certificate following our Wine Professional Level I Certificate of Training. The program provides an overview of the wine industry, including production, tasting, food pairing, responsible and professional service, overview of beer and spirits, origins of win, and Monterey County wine knowledge.
