Welcome to your online guide to the MPC Facilities Department
We provide and maintain public services and facilities that contribute to the health, safety and well-being of the campus and community, and we do so in a manner that is not detrimental to the environment.
We wear many hats and coordinate an array of services and programs, including: groundskeeping, exterior/bulk trash & recycle abatement, furniture moves, special set-ups, custodial, shipping and receiving, mail, van scheduling, general and emergency maintenance/repair services, and facilities rental for non-MPC events.
Normal Working Hours:
Custodial: 9:00 pm - to 5:30 am. Monday through Thursday, and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm on Friday
7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday (One day shift custodian works)
3:30 a.m. to Midnight Monday through Thursday (One second-shift custodian works.)
3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday (One second-shift custodian works.)
Saturday & Sunday: third-shift custodians start and stop at varied times according to weekend event needs.
Grounds: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Maintenance: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Requesting Routine Services:
Please send a campus email message to the FACILITIES collective address to request maintenance and grounds service, repairs, and to report interruptions to utility services (gas, water, electricity, sewer, heating/ventilation, etc.). The FACILITIES email will go directly to every Facilities supervisor, as well as, the Director of Facilities, Planning & Management.
After Hours Services:
For Facilities services when evening classes are in session, call the Evening Campus Supervisor at ext. 4099
On Saturdays and Sundays, contact Campus Security at ext. 4099.
