Touring Monterey Peninsula College is a great way for prospective students and their families, schools, and groups to see and learn more about our beautiful campus. Campus tours allow visitors to fully experience our college campus and get a glimpse into campus life. Tours are led by our Outreach Coordinator, along with Lobos Ambassadors who showcase the campus while interacting with visitors and sharing their student experiences. There are two options for touring our college campuses: guided tours and self-guided tours.
Note: Parking permits are usually required at all times on the Monterey Peninsula College and the Marina Education Center campuses. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, parking permits are not needed for the Fall 2021 semester and will instead be required for the Spring 2022 semester. Daily parking permits can be purchased for $3 at machines located in student parking lots. Please park in student lots only. See Campus Maps & Directions and Parking Information for more details.
Guided Campus Tours
To sign up for a guided tour, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. You will be contacted within 2 business days to discuss final arrangements. We offer campus tours during the following days and times for the Fall 2019 semester:
MONTEREY CAMPUS
- Monday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
MARINA CAMPUS
- As requested
SEASIDE CAMPUS
- As requested
Please submit a campus tour request for the date, time and campus that works best for your schedule and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Tours of the Monterey campus begin at the flagpole and generally last one hour. Please arrive on-time to guarantee a full tour experience. Tours can be tailored to meet the needs of different sizes, age groups, areas of study, and more. Please make sure to include in the request form if other group needs or interests are required for your visit. Tour lengths for the Marina Education Center and the Seaside Public Center vary but are generally shorter than one hour.
Tour times fill up quickly, so please submit your request as least two weeks prior to the tour date. For any questions about guided tours, please contact outreach@mpc.edu.
