The Center for Excellence in Transfer, College "Readiness," and Opportunities' (EL CENTRO) focus is to support students transfer to four-year colleges and universities. EL CENTRO is a learning community for students to thrive while being culturally responsive to meet their need, and feel a sense of belonging.
