The MPC ECE Lab School operates under the auspices of MPC Student Services, and is licensed  by the Department of Social Services for 96 children. The preschool performs a dual purpose for the campus community; high quality child care for students, staff, faculty & community families, and an outstanding laboratory training experience for Early Childhood Education Majors. The staff of the Early Childhood Education Lab School are credentialed professionals. The staff consists of; Lab Mentors, Educational Assistants (teachers), Early Childhood Education Lab Students (student teachers), MPC Student Assistants, and Parent Volunteers.

Who’s Eligible?

Children who are 3 on or before December 1st of the current fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th) through children who are 5. Your child must be in good health and up to date on all immunization requirements. (Please see Immunization link for more information)

Cost?

We offer financial assistance to qualifying families through the State of California’s Subsidized Program. If you are a low income family this can be a great benefit for you. Based on your income you could have a monthly fee ranging from $0 - $700 based upon your gross income and family size. Please contact Danielle, to see if you qualify. You will be required to submit your months prior paystubs with your enrollment application.

We also offer a limited number of private/full cost enrollments. The monthly cost is $925, and includes; breakfast, lunch and snacks. You are entitled to our hours open to close, with a latest drop of time of 9am.
