At the end of each month Chapter Ch. 30, 1606, 1607, & VRAP students are required to verify their current enrollment status with the Veterans Affairs Regional Office in Muskogee, Oklahoma before payment is issued.

Students are able to do so on the W.A.V.E. (Web Automated Verification of Enrollment) Website or by calling the Phone Automated System at 1-877-823-2378.

• Ch. 30 - Montgomery GI Bill - Active Duty
• Ch. 1606 - Montgomery GI Bill - Selected Reserve
• Ch. 1607 - Reserve Educational Assistance Program - REAP
• VRAP - Veterans Retraining Assistance Program

The monthly verification procedure is the responsibility of the student NOT the Veterans Affairs Office.  Failure to complete the monthly verification process will result in a non-payment of benefits to the student.
