Monterey Peninsula College welcomes international students from throughout the world. The office of International Student Programs (ISP) at MPC assists students who are attending on F-1 visas and is here to answer your questions to ensure you have a smooth transition to MPC.

Monterey Peninsula College maintains a year-round International Student Program Office that assists with academic and personal counseling, transfer placement, and immigration issues. We offer Associate in Arts (AA) and Associate in Science (AS) degrees in over 100  major fields of study, including certificate degrees in occupational and vocational programs. The college has transfer opportunities for students who wish to complete their undergraduate coursework at MPC before transferring to a university. We currently have Transfer Agreements and offer Associate degrees of Transfer with the California State University and University of California systems.

The presence of international students on our campus and in our community increases our understanding and respect for the many cultures of our world. MPC recognizes the importance of preparing students to take their place in an increasingly global community. International students gain a deeper understanding of American life by living in the U.S. and studying at MPC.
