JEFF MCCART, ATC - Head Athletic Trainer 

Jeff McCart has been the Head Athletic Trainer at Monterey Peninsula College since 1986 and directs the medical care for all 12 MPC teams. Prior to arriving at Monterey Peninsula College, Jeff was the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Cal Poly Pomona (1986), Head Athletic Trainer at San Joaquin Memorial High School (1985), and Athletic Trainer for the Australian National Baseball team (1982-84).

Jeff is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona (B.S. in PE, 1985). He is a certified member of the NATA, FWATA, California Athletic Trainers Association and the California Community College Athletic Trainers Association (3CATA).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MATT GREENWALD, ATC - Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer

Matt is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Monterey Peninsula College.  He is currently obtaining his Master's degree in athletic training from San Jose State University. Before that he obtained his Bachelor's degree from Sacramento State. Matt has a passion for sports and helping people. He will be graduating in May, 2015 with his Master's degree and will pursue his goal as an athletic trainer in a collegiate setting.
