KidZone Calzones
Course Description:
What is the perfect pizza? You'll start with fresh ingredients and dough-making secrets to create your homemade pie. Prepare both classic and innovative pizza toppings and create a calzone with your own unique flavor combination. Plus, you will learn tips for working with yeast and using a pizza stone or steel. Delivery will be a bygone era once you experience how easy and delicious homemade pizza can be.
Ages 8-17.
Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

She is currently a chef at the Monterey Peninsula College Hospitality Culinary Arts Department. Food is a beautiful way to connect us all no matter where we come from or where we are going. The Art of Bento: Fun & Flavorful Lunches
Course Description:
Uncover the origins of this uniquely-Japanese foodstuff and learn key cooking techniques. You will finish your course by enjoying your handmade bento box which may include items like an egg roll, pickled vegetables, rice, and breaded chicken. Come and learn about the basic rules of this Japanese enhanced equivalent to the American lunchbox.
Ages 10-17.
Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Join us for a thrilling, action packed day where young athletes can explore multiple sports like soccer, basketball, softball/baseball, flag football, and pickleball. Our experienced coaches will guide campers through games and skill-building activities, perfect for all levels. It's the ultimate day to learn, play, and make new friends--all in one exciting camp!
