ARTP 10 INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOGRAPHY

ARTP 11A PHOTOGRAPHY I: BLACK AND WHITE

This is an introductory course in black and white photography using specific project-based assignments to highlight various aesthetic characteristics of the medium.

ARTP 11B PHOTOGRAPHY II

This course is a continuation of ARTP 11A, with emphasis on developing visual, conceptual, and technical aspects of photography. It includes expanded use of materials and techniques.

ARTP 11C PHOTOGRAPHY III

ARTP 12A DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY

ARTP 20 CRITIQUE/PORTFOLIO

This is a seminar class with a lab component. Students learn how to analyze, critique, and compare, and contrast photographs while building a coherent portfolio of personal photographs.
