In addition to the CurricUNET Program Revision Proposal, Program Revisions require a supplemental Program Narrative document in order for them to be submitted to the Chancellor's Office.

• Minor program changes (such as adding, changing, or removing courses; updating SLOs; changing program descriptions) are considered non-substantial changes and can use the abbreviated non-substantial program revision narrative template.
   
• New programs and substantially revised programs (such as a change in focus of program, a change in TOP code, or significant change in units) should use the complete substantial program revision narrative template.
