This office has the responsibility of developing the College’s annual budget and monitoring expenditures for conformance during the fiscal year. It is also responsible for the tracking of allocated funds driven by action plan items that are consistent with the resource planning and allocation process. This office performs budget adjustments for all funds on an as needed basis during a fiscal year. The budget office provides analysis of cost for new positions as well as other operational tasks prior to funding approval. It also provides payroll expense forecast for upcoming fiscal years.
