MPC Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is scheduled to meet in person for the following dates, times, and locations for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year:

• Monday, Oct 21, 4 p.m.   Karas Room at the Library Technology Center

PUBLIC COMMENTS

In order to equitably facilitate public comments, please:

• Public comments submitted electronically by emailing Suzanne Ammons, sammons@mpc.edu, no later than 5 p.m. the day before the meeting.
• Electronic submissions must be received prior to the posted start time of the meeting.
• Please include in the email subject line: “Public Comments for the CBOC Meeting of (insert meeting date)
• Please indicate in your email if you are addressing a specific agenda item or if you are making a comment regarding an item not on the agenda

Please note the following:

• Submissions of public comments will be considered a public record under the Public
• Records Act and are therefore subject to public disclosure.
• Submissions will be attached to the minutes of the meeting.
• Submissions must address an item listed on the agenda or be within the subject matter jurisdiction of the CBOC.
