Actors should wear clothes that are easy to move in, as we will have a group dance audition. Auditions are for actors ages 16 and up.
CALLBACKS:
Callbacks will take place each day after initial singing and dancing auditions. Callbacks will consist of cold reads from the script and segments of songs from the show, which will be taught to the actors. Actors only have to attend one of the two audition days.
INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH TECH:
If you are interested in helping with the technical aspects of the show, please e-mail Professor Todd Siff at tsiff@mpc.edu.
*THEA 35A/440: All actors/tech that participate in the production will need to sign up for THEA 35A or THEA 440 before Jan 29, 2024. THEA 35A is a three-unit course and THEA 440 is a non-credit course designed for non-MPC students. We will discuss this topic further at auditions.
