Not only will we have a unique speaker but also a fun activity planned to finish the semester on a lighthearted note!

 

We will have Chef Ari Weiswasser sharing about entrepreneurship, adaptability, and versatility in the business world. Ari Weiswasser is the chef and owner of Stellar Catering and the restaurant Glen Ellen Star as well as a partner for Park Avenue Catering. Chef Ari Weiswasser is a man with many accolades for his talents in the culinary world. He has worked in New York's restaurant Daniel, Picholine, and Paul Liebrandt's Corton where he was the Chef de Cuisine. Chef Ari was awarded the 40 under 40 title in 2018 by the "North Bay Business Journal" for his restaurant and catering businesses. 

This meeting will obviously be valuable for entrepreneurs, but we also invite those in culinary or hospitality courses to attend to learn about the behind-the-scenes of owning and managing a restaurant!
