Free Yoga & Meditation Classes for MPC Community
ASMPC would like to invite all Monterey Peninsula College Students and Faculty members to enjoy free virtual Yoga & Meditation classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning this week, Thursday November 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. (PST)
Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
No registration required, just drop into the Zoom session (links provided below) and enjoy the relaxation of Yoga and Meditation.
Class Schedule:
The first Yoga & Meditation class will begin on Thursday, November 12, 2020 and will continue throughout December 10, 2020.
