Qigong is based on the ancient practice of body-mind exercise that integrates body, breath, and mind adjustments, this course offers a series of slow, gentle movements at a beginning level to promote a deeper relationship to the body that increases health, strength, and flexibility if practiced regularly. Class includes exercises for relaxation, deep breathing, and centering.
