Cooking It Up IV (ENRI 19-17) 2nd Session

Visit the Island and Crank up the Flavor

Prep and cook under the supervision of a professional chef, then stay for dinner to enjoy the results of your work!

April 26: Caribbean with a Kick 
Come on a kitchen adventure of discovering the foods and flavors that are sublimely Puerto Rican. You will work with original island condiments from scratch to create traditional meals such as; Chicken and rice, tostones, beans, salads and more.
