Check out MPC's Sociology Graduate Student Symposium

Join us for the first in a series of sociology graduate student symposiums scheduled for Sp[ring 2019 at MPC! In this session, Michelle Gómez Parra presents her research, "Understanding Working Class Latina College Students' Gender and Sexual Identities" by looking the affects of college attendance and upward mobility. Michgelle Gómez Parra is a doctoral student in Sociology at UC Santa Cruz. This event is free and open to the entire campus and local community. Parking is $3.00 and can be purchased at stations in all student parking lots.
