MPC will be holding two town hall meetings, on Wednesday, December 5th from 10am - 11am and 2pm – 3pm in the Sam Karas Room to give the campus community and the community at large an opportunity to provide input on the Superintendent/President position announcement.
Dr. Heather Craig, Academic Senate President and Kevin Haskin, MPCEA President will facilitate the meetings. They will ask the following questions for your input:
- What are the distinctive aspects/dimensions of Monterey Peninsula College that would attract someone to the presidency of MPC?
- What do you see as OPPORTUNITIES for the next Superintendent/President of Monterey Peninsula College?
- What are the DESIRED TRAITS of the incoming Superintendent/President?
- What are the best DESIRED EXPERIENCES of the incoming Superintendent/President?
