Monterey Peninsula College and the Monterey Peninsula College Foundation presents the 11th Annual President’s Address to the Community, featuring Dr. Walter Tribley, in a “State of the College” address highlighting the college’s successes and future plans.
The program will include the presentation of the President’s Award to community leaders who have contributed significantly to our community, and who have helped fulfill the college’s mission of providing educational opportunities to everyone we serve. This year's honorees are Mr. Luke Phillips and Mrs. Victoria Samora Philips.
Few have done as much for our college and community as these two loyal, hard-working, and generous individuals. Victoria, an MPC alumna, enjoyed a 43-year long career at MPC, and continues to serve on the Foundation Board of Directors. Luke also graduated from MPC and is among the most beloved and inspirational coaches MPC has ever known. Through their service on the MPC Alumni Committee, this team has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for student scholarships.
Please join us in congratulating these outstanding community members for earning such a well-deserved award! Advance reservations will be accepted until April 21, 2016 or until sold out. Contact MPC Foundation (831) 655-5507 or

We hope to see you at the President's Address luncheon on April 28, 2017.
