There are many actions and decisions that have to be made quickly and correctly in an emergency, particularly in large public venues. Designing and conducting effective tabletop exercises provides opportunities to rehearse and review these actions, and ensure the staff is ready to make the right decisions in the event of a real emergency. We’ll walk through the process of conducting tabletop exercises and drills, with examples that you can use to prepare your staff for the next emergency.
This seminar will be of particular interest to anyone responsible for security, emergency preparedness planning and conducting emergency drills or other duties related to emergency response in hospitality venues.
