Adapted Physical Education
If you have a disability or are unable to participate in regular PE class, MPC
is here for you.
An adapted physical education curriculum has been developed which is specifically designed to maintain or increase one's physical fitness level through closely monitored aerobic activity, weight conditioning, stretching activities, and body mechanics training.
MPC’s Adapted Physical Education includes specialized equipment which is universally designed for individuals who have limited mobility.
