Fueling a Future Career

Increasingly, consumers want to better understand and act on the links between diet, health, and quality of life. Demand for dietitians and nutritionists is projected to grow at 8 percent, and health educator jobs are slated to grow even more, by 13 percent. Graduates can also explore careers in food science, food safety, and public health.
