MPC’s governing board of trustees is responsible for setting policies, overseeing the college’s budget, and ensuring that the educational mission of the college is fulfilled. Look up your local trustee, attend a board meeting, and access past meeting minutes and documents.
The President/Superintendent is the chief executive, administrative, and education officer of MPC, reporting to the Board of Trustees and responsible for implementing Board policies. MPC's President is Marshall T. Fulbright III.
Through the Academic Senate, Curriculum Advisory Committees, and other groups, faculty, staff, and students bring diverse perspectives to bear on MPC's operations, academic programs, and more. Their input informs institutional decisions made by the President and Board of Trustees.
