MPC's Facilities Department provides and maintains public services and facilities
that contribute to the health, safety and well-being of the campus and community,
in an environmentally sustainable manner. Facilities coordinates an array of services and programs, including groundskeeping,
exterior/bulk trash & recycle abatement, furniture moves, special set-ups, custodial,
shipping and receiving, mail, van scheduling, general and emergency maintenance/repair
services, and facilities rentals for non-MPC events.

Please email facilityreservations@mpc.edu with any event requests and include both a Facilities Use Application and a Certificate of Liability Insurance that lists MPC as additionally insured (coverage of $1 Million, or $5 Million if you are requesting use of the Pool). Once Facilities reviews and approves the request, they will reach out with any additional questions before issuing a permit for signature and invoice for payment.
Please note, that we will not be able to accommodate requests made within one week of the scheduled event. We require at least 2-3 weeks advance notice.
