Types of Aid Available 

Important Dates for Fall / Spring 2025-2026

Drop Dead Dates refer to the last day to add and/or drop classes so your financial aid can be adjusted prior to Major Disbursement Dates. These dates apply to students who have received an email from the MPC Financial Aid Office indicating they have been awarded and have disbursement dates posted on their Financial Aid Portal.

Financial aid is disbursed to your Monterey Peninsula College student finance account by the end of the scheduled disbursement day, providing you have completed your financial aid requirements. Any remaining credit after applicable charges are paid on your finance account will be refunded to you through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX., within 7 calendar days. Dates are subject to change without prior notice. Monterey Peninsula College has collaborated with Bank Mobile to disburse funding. You will need to go to www.refundselection.com to set up your Bank Mobile account. You can either have your funds deposited into your existing bank account or you can set up a Bank Mobile account. Please Note: Classes that start after the second "drop dead" date will not be considered in your financial aid enrollment status and not funded for payment purposes.
