February is CTE Month!
February is Career Technical Education (CTE) Month, a time to celebrate hands-on learning, workforce preparation, and the pathways that help students turn skills into opportunity. Throughout the month, MPC is hosting a series of CTE-focused events designed to support local counselors, high school students, and those at MPC currently enrolled in these programs.

Auto Tech Scholarship Workshop
Auto Tech students are invited to learn about available auto technology scholarships
and receive step-by-step support with the application process.

Counselor’s Breakfast & Resource Fair
Local counselors connect with each other for breakfast and a resource fair to learn
about campus resources, programs, and support services available to help students
succeed.
February 6 | 12:00–1:30 PM
Allied Health Tour
Local high schoolers will get an inside look at MPC’s Allied Health pathway through
a guided tour of program-specific classrooms and labs, concluding at the Student Center.
February 24 | 9:30 AM–1:00 PM
Ready to Work Champion’s Breakfast
Invited guests will celebrate industry partnerships and workforce impact, bringing
together employers, campus leaders, and community partners to recognize collaboration
and student success.
