Silicon Valley Career Pathways

Are you interested artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, or anti-aging nanotechnology? With a degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) major, you could be part of the team that makes these a reality! Only interested in video games? You could complete the classes to become a software engineer and help design the next game craze!

Maybe you've thought of a STEM major, but you're not sure what jobs are out there. Through events, guest speakers and industry site visits with the cohort, you will be exposed to a wide range of STEM disciplines and job opportunities. Maybe you're not sure about passing the higher math (calculus) degree requirements. STEM Core's open learning community and embedded tutoring provide a supportive environment so you can be calculus ready in one year.
