Local High Schoolers Show Off Their Auto Tech Skills
Each year MPC's Automotive Technology Program (MPCAT) offers an annual on-site high school skills challenge to inspire students to pursue successful career paths through MPCAT into the transportation industry. This year's day long event took place on April 22nd, at the end of the day North Monterey County students were announced as the winners of the six-foot tall wrench award. This event serves to build and strengthen partnerships between MPC and local high school automotive programs and raise the profile of automotive education on the Monterey Peninsula. Special thanks goes out to Tesla, Snap-on Tools, Cardinale GMC and the Victory Dealership Group who supported this year's event.
